What's the big deal about individual consultations? Do they really matter?
Occassionally I get asked about the importance of individual consultations. There seems to be some confusion as to why theyre so important. Truthfully, its all about customer service and taking pride in my work.
When you are seeking healing products or energy sessions (like the ones that I provide), it is crucial that you get the specific products or session that will give you the most benefit. I dont want either one of us wasting our time or money on something that isnt really going to help you.
For example, if you are dealing with grief and you want a curio set made to help you with that, you wouldnt want items that correspond with completely opposite situations. This is why it's imperative to ensure that you are working with someone who is not only knowledgeable, but who also has your best interest at heart. I can say that I will not recommend something for someone if I do not truly believe that it will help them or their situation.
Now, I know that some businesses are not set up this way, (and I cant promise that I always will be either), but for now, the cost of my individual consultations go towards the purchase of your materials. This means that if you choose to purchase your materials from me, your consultation ends up being free. I guarantee you that the extra step of a consultation is worth it if youre really looking for results!
Now, there are several different ways to do consultations, but I have found that the two that seem to be the most convenient for everyone are phone consultations and online meetings (such as Zoom). These consultations generally last for about 30 minutes where you will provide the information about your specific situation as well as any goals you may have. Then your advisor will probably ask you some clarification questions for better understanding or to get to the heart of the issue if it's unclear. Then somewhere between one and a few recommendations will be made and it's up to you where you go from there.
